The outpatient journey, end to end
A patient is found or registered by name, UHID or mobile number, booked into a doctor’s slot, billed, and issued a token. Nursing records vitals. The doctor sees the patient on the worklist, documents the visit, prescribes and orders tests. The patient then moves to lab, pharmacy or billing without repeating details.
Reducing waiting time
Waiting time comes from unpredictable arrivals and invisible queues. Doctor-wise slots, walk-in handling and a live queue let reception balance load, and the doctor’s board shows who is waiting and for how long.
Works for clinics and large OPDs
Single-doctor clinics use the same flow with fewer steps; multi-specialty OPDs add rosters, sittings and department queues. Patients can also book online through Patient Link.
